£25 per hour, but a minimum hire charge of £75 applies (equivalent to a three hour booking) 

Note: Bookings that span both a daytime session (08.00 - 19.00) and an evening session (19.00 - 23.00) on a Friday or Saturday will be charged pro-rata, i.e. £16/hour for the part of the booking before 19.00 and £25/hour for the part of the booking after 19.00 with the evening session deposit (£150) being applicable for the whole booking
The James Room, with shared Kitchen, can be hired from Mondays - Thursdays, and on Fridays for bookings ending before 7PM at a cost of £10 per hour, plus a deposit of £100. Note: The James Room cannot be booked online - please contact the Booking Officer if you are interested: 07935 334 867 (Mon-Fri 5PM - 7PM preferred) or via email: enquiry@miltonmalsor.info

The projector can be hired at a cost of £30 per session per day. please contact the Booking Officer for details

Notes relevant to all bookings: 

1) Minimum booking 1 hour
2) All bookings to be in whole hours
3) All bookings start and finish either on the hour or the half hour
4) All bookings to include set-up & clean-up time
5) All bookings also require a deposit, which will be refunded if there is no damage or loss to the Hall and the Hall has been left in a clean and tidy condition and that the duration of the hire has not exceeded the time booked. The deposit is £100 except for bookings on Fridays and Saturdays ending at 7PM or later, when the deposit is £150. The refund of the deposit in whole or in part is at the discretion of the Village Hall Management Committee

The Main Hall can accommodate up to 90 people. The James Meeting Room is carpeted and equipped with conference tables and chairs. It can accommodate up to 15 people and can be accessed separately from the main entrance. There are also projection screens in both rooms

Tables, chairs, cutlery and glassware etc. along with heating and lighting are all included in the price of hire of any room.  


Other facilities include a kitchen (shared between Main Hall & James room, with serving hatches to both), cloakrooms (inc. disabled), baby changing facilities, central heating throughout, a secure outdoor garden area and a large car park with disabled access to the Hall.
